Get a Clue

Posters around the school remind students to attend the school play.

On Friday, October 25, Saturday, October 27th, Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd at 7:00 pm, the Rocky Mountain Drama Department will be performing the play Clue in the main auditorium.

The play is based on the board game and centers around a who done it style murder mystery. The audience has an opportunity to look at the clues and guess the identity of the killer as the play unfolds.

Clue is a huge undertaking requiring several scene changes and a large tech crew. “This set is really complicated because instead of just a few big changes we have split scenes which means that there is going to be more than one room on stage,” Georgia Koepsell said.

Stars of the show include: Sebastian Ayala as Mr. Green, Erin Eckery as Ms. Scarlet, Emma Stone as Mrs. Peacock, Tiana Fuentes as Mrs. White, Ian McCance as Col. Mustard, and Nate Wozniak as Prof. Plum.

“I’m excited for people to come and see the show, we’ve all worked so hard on everything,” Sebastian Ayala said.

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booths in front of the auditorium on Friday at lunch, before the show, and anytime at rmhs.booktix.com. Student tickets are $9; adults $10, children under 12 and seniors are $8.

This is a fun family friendly play that everyone will enjoy. There will be four performances total. Two of them will be on October 25th and 26th at 7:00 pm. The next two are on November 1st and 2nd, also at 7:00 pm.
