Review on Outback Steakhouse
Outback Steakhouse is an Australian restaurant with locations all around the world. It’s a nice restaurant to go to for all kinds of special occasions. Outback is kid friendly, but also has a bar for adults. Our local Outback Steakhouse is located on Harmony and Boardwalk and is open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Outback serves a variety of different food options, including several cuts of steak, different kinds of chicken, various styles of fish, and even pork. You can even mix some of the meats if you’re craving two different kinds. Additionally, they serve pastas such as mac-n-cheese and a chicken and shrimp pasta. They have healthy sides, salads and vegetables. Outback also has many appetizers to choose from.
The prices of the steaks depend on the cut and size of that you get. A 6 oz filet mignon is $22.99 and a 9 oz is $28.49. A 6 oz center-cut sirloin is $12.99 and a 9 oz is $17.99. The filet mignon is a more expensive cut of meat because it is a more tender and juicy cut, as the sirloin is center-cut for tenderness, but also more lean. The appetizers range from $4.99 to $13.99 but also vary in size from small to regular. A regular appetizer will fulfill the needs of a party of 4-5. A small appetizer is nice for a couple or a few friends going out to eat.
The service at Outback is satisfactory. I was seated at a table within 10-30 minutes after walking , but it depends on the day of the week and the time of day. On the weekends the wait is longer just because there are more people there, but they have an open bar with booths available. The waiters and waitresses are nice and always checked to make sure I was enjoying my meal and that everything was correct. They consistently made sure everyone at the table was satisfied.
Outback also has a pick up service which is nice when you would like to enjoy their delicious menu from the comfort of your own home. Picking the food up for to-go is a great addition to Outback Steakhouse.
Overall, I think that Outback Steakhouse is a nice restaurant with good food, prices, and wonderful service. When I go to Outback I order the 6 oz sirloin, medium well, no seasoning with mashed potatoes and fries. The steak is always cooked just how I like it and the sides are always seasoned perfectly and come out fresh. It’s a perfect portion for just me and the right amount of food to not be too full. It costs about $12.99 plus tax and tip which is a bit of a splurge for every day, but it’s not an unreasonable price for a steak.
As graduation season starts up, Outback is a perfect place to celebrate your grad or just the end of the school year.
